You'd go to the dealer. If you are talking everything, ignition, door locks, trunk, it would be expensive. Not only the labor of changing everything out, but also the expense of reprogramming the computer to recognize the chip on the new key for the new ignition lock. You are easily talking in excess of $500 in that case. The question is, why would you want to do this?
Where would i go to change the lock for a brand new dodge car and how much would it cost?
i think you have to go to the dealer due to them having the equipment to deal with the anti-theft devices. i know i had to do it with my 97 ford.
