This is a messy little family problem. My parents are finally going to kick out my deadbeat dad of a brother but he refuses to leave. They would like to avoid calling the cops if at all possible. He is over 18 and is saying some bullshit about them not being able to throw him out until he's 25. Can I just go over and change the locks for my parents?
