Evicting someone from an apartment if they are not the tenant?

A friend is currently remanded in custody. A girlfriend that he has only been acquainted with a few weeks is now living in his apartment and has had the locks changed. How can she be evicted? He told her verbally that she could stay there temporarily, but he now wants her to vacate the apartment. She is not named on any tenancy agreement.

Tell the landlord, otherwise he may get into trouble for allowing unauthorized quest to move in. The landlord can make her vacate the premises or have her charged with trespassing.
Evicting someone from an apartment if they are not the tenant?
The landlord would have to evict the original tenant if it's the landlord seeking the eviction of the second party. If the second party want to %26quot;remove%26quot; the woman, he would need to inform her in writing to vacate the premises or be subject to a restraining order. If she is stupid and still tries to stay , the tenant could call the police and she would be forcibly removed.
The landlord can have the police come escort her off the property. If she isn't listed as a tenant it doesn't matter if her boyfriend told her she can stay. She isn't a tenant and has no rights.
