i want to have my locks changed at my apartment. Someone that is not on the lease and has been live in my apartment with my other roommates might have a key... how can i get my locks changed with out telling the apartments that i had an illegal tenant living there?

Just tell your lend lord that you lost a set of keys and ask permission to change your lock before you do it

You have to have permission from from your landlord to do so, and they are going to want a copy of the new key, and I'm sure it said that in your lease that you can't change the locks without their approval. And, I'm sure they are going to ask why.
