I recently upgraded my iPods (3rd generation) firmware to iOS 4 an was given to understand that it gave you the ability to change the home screen back ground but mine is still set to black and I have no idea if how to change it. When I searched on google people were saying that you go to settings wallpaper and you would be given the choice whether to set the picture as the lock screen
or the home screen but mine just changes the lock screen
If any one could help it would be much appreciated.

from what iv read on apple support pages most of the OS 4 options will be unlocked for the ipod touches later this summer... most likely the 26th because that's the next update for itunes but idk for sure on that... also when they do unlock there still will be a few options like multitasking that only itouch 3rd gen users get. idk bout the picture homepage thing...
