Service of a notice under Sec 21 is not sufficient for you to evict or deny entry. If the tenant fails to act on Sec 21 you must get a court order for possession and a Bailiffs warrant.

There are fifty states in the US. What is section 21? Are YOU following the law? If not, she should AT LEAST be compensated for what she has to pay to stay someplace else. Maybe if you provided more information you might get some informed answers.
If she is being evicted for cause, why would she get ANY compensation?
