Is there a way to have the locks changed on a 2007 FJ cruiser?

I have a 2007 FJ cruiser that was not factory made with a transponder key. I'm interested in changing the locks on it. Is there a way i can change the locks so that the key needs a chip in it in order to start the car? If so how much would this cost? thanks
